Video search engine that visually examines video and the surrounding information to determine context.. have not played with it much, but wanted to pass it along. I guess this thing is about two years old..

Videoegg is another company that released very cool software that converts any format into flash for publication on sites. You can demo the software on the site, but they have taken the application down.
