Hoist for hard top

I installed the hoist for the hard top today and still need to make some modifications but it seems to work well. I am going to move the pulley lift on the left a bit higher on the wall to minimize the contact it has with the back glass.

I also need to balance it a bit. The toughest part is backing in and out in the right spot since the garage is so tight..
